I told a stranger that I would hold them in the light. It was the first bit of peace and centeredness that I've felt in weeks. 

I heard an exorcist say that some people are worse than their attachments. We protect ourselves through acts of kindness towards others.

I looked at pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge and wondered about pain, and people's right to be free. 

I looked at videos of people shutting down a major city freeway and wondered about purpose, and people's right to be free.

I wondered why satisfaction has a short life span. At times it feels like a deliberate rule of the soul, other times it feels like a defective mutation.
